What You’ll Do:

Lead client relationships with clarity and strategic thinking

Gather business requirements & ensure timely, accurate deliveries

Build & maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau

Monitor key KPIs and translate them into actionable strategies

Perform statistical modeling and deep analysis to uncover trends

Translate data into stories — insights that stakeholders can act on

Leverage analytics to improve digital journeys and business growth

Support clients with ad-hoc analysis, tool setup, and analytics governance

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive analytics-driven decision-making

Must-Have Skills

3+ years hands-on with Google Analytics / GA4

Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

Intermediate to advanced SQL

Sharp logical thinking & problem-solving ability

Strong dashboarding & data visualization capabilities

Excellent client communication & documentation skills

Good to Have:

Working knowledge of GTM, Google Ads, BigQuery, DV360

Exposure to statistical techniques for in-depth analysis

Strong business acumen — understands what moves client metrics

Background in analytics consulting or service-based delivery

Familiarity with SLA frameworks and quality delivery KPIs
