Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Git, along with expertise in Infrastructure as Code/Infrastructure as Data (IaC/IaD). The candidate will support software delivery automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management to accelerate deployment cycles and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git repositories.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scanning within pipelines.
Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure resources using IaC/IaD best practices.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and infrastructure deployment issues; implement fixes and optimizations.
Support migration and deployment of applications to cloud and hybrid environments.
Maintain version control strategies and enforce Git best practices across teams.
Document pipeline configurations, infrastructure code, and operational procedures.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps culture and practices.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

3 5 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Strong proficiency with Git source control management and branching/merging strategies.
Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying infrastructure in these environments.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience in integrating automated testing and security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP, or related DevOps tools.
Experience with security practices in CI/CD and IaC pipelines (e.g., secret management, vulnerability scanning).
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for pipeline and infrastructure health.
