What will you do:

We are seeking a skilled MS D365 F&O technofunctional consultant with 4+ years of hands-on development & configuration experience in retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation & customization of D365 F&O modules. The role requires a deep understanding of finance, supply chain & retail domains along with excellent knowledge of D365 capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead or support the implementation of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Operations.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.

- Design, configure, and test D365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.

- Develop functional documentation including solution design, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and environment management.

Technical Competencies:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O implementations or support.

- Strong understanding of business processes in retail, finance or supply chain.

- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation.

- Good knowledge of D365 F&O configuration, workflows, security roles, and integrations.

- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, and Power Platform is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

- Microsoft certification in D365 F&O modules is an advantage

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

6+ years of experience in implementation, support or consulting
