Role Overview

Seeking a freelance

Creative Producer

to ideate, script, and manage video content across editorial and branded formats. This role supports Pinkvilla’s video growth by contributing to end-to-end production and developing new IPs aligned with platform trends and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and script engaging digital content (YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
Oversee full production cycle: pre-prod to post
Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners for timely delivery
Create and evolve show formats/IPs
Apply trend insights and analytics to improve content performance

Requirements

5–6 years’ experience in digital storytelling/video production
Strong skills in ideation, scripting, and production management
Experience in both editorial and branded content
Familiarity with platform trends and short-form video formats
Fluent in English & Hindi
Mumbai-based preferred (remote possible for non-shoot phases)
