MGrow is looking for an aggressive Business Development Individual.


As a part of the Business Development team at MGrow, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition (hunting for new logos) and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads as part of the MGrow Business Development Team. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart calling and targeted email marketing to foray into companies across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore & Hong Kong. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a significant responsibility and an exciting career path.


Location: Remote, India


What we are looking for:

• Must be self-motivated Business development ambassador to lead our high-performing BD team, who can deliver measurable value/success

• Should have 10+ years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy Sales, selling L&D programs as service lines, previous selling experience can be from banking/analytics/IT services/related consulting services solutions.


Responsibilities would include:

. You will be responsible for planning and generating new leads and nurture them

. Identifying new market for expansion with penetrating strategies

. Must Meet or exceed Sales Goals illustrated by MGrow Management

. Timely updation and maintenance of database of the prospects/decision-makers
