Brief about CT:

We are a 21-year-old organization doing pioneering work in the area of OD Consulting, Talent Acquisition and HR Technology. We are a team of 100 consultants spread across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Rudrapur besides operating in many project sites.

  1. In the Talent Acquisition area, we are largely into Manufacturing and Infra sector supporting in the areas

    of Executive Search,

    Overseas Hiring, Mass Hiring, RPO, Temp Staffing

    etc.
  2. In the consulting space, we predominantly work in the areas of

    Competency Management, Performance Management System, HR Surveys / Audits, Employee Assessments

    etc.
  3. In the HR Technology area, we have developed in-house web-enabled

    Workforce Management portal

    and many others are in pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understanding the latent needs of the given Manpower requirement.

  • Coordinating with client & candidates for interviews and selection

  • Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process

  • Maintain profile database for easy retrieval of data for the client

  • Maintaining and updating all MIS formats on time

  • Establish client relationship and rapport for meeting the project objectives

  • Connecting to Potential Clients thru’ various Marketing Methods

  • Meeting Potential Clients and Promoting the Services of CareerTree

  • Preparing and Submitting Business Proposals

  • Negotiating, Finalizing the Deal and Signing-up the Contract

  • Participating in HR Forums to Build Network & Connect with Potential Clients

  • Maintaining Client Relationship (Periodical Visits, Taking Feedback, Keeping in Touch)

  • Anchoring Brand Building / Product Campaigning Activities

  • Maintaining, Renewing the Contracts without any Deviation

  • Timely Management of Invoices and Collection

  • Timely Submission of MIS Reports to the Reporting Manager

  • Adhering to the CT Hiring and MyPDCA Portal without any Deviation

  • Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Opportunities

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the LinkedIn Connections

  • Participating in the Special Initiatives of CareerTree

  • Many others as the business demands from time to time.
