Job Description

Consultant - Business Consulting PI - GOV - CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in consulting, with a strong background in business consulting, transformation delivery, and people advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various aspects of business operations.### Job Requirements Strong understanding of business consulting principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in project management and delivery, including supervisory roles. Strong business analysis skills and the ability to document client processes and requirements. Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background). At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, with relevant areas of experience like SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic planning, skill development, etc. Good documentation and report writing skills.
