Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements. Perform root cause analysis and develop business cases. Attend training programs to learn advisory methodology and consulting attributes. Develop sector focus based on industry group alignment. Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events. Identify issues, form hypotheses, present findings and recommendations to clients, implement recommendations, manage work streams within a project, and lead analysts on specified work tasks. ### Job Requirements Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background). Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Possess advanced MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Have fair competence in research methodologies, including primary and secondary research. Exhibit strong business analysis skills and proficiency in Excel modeling. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
