Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements. Perform root cause analysis and develop business cases. Attend training programs to learn advisory methodology and consulting attributes. Develop sector focus based on industry group alignment. Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events. Identify issues, form hypotheses, present findings and recommendations to clients, implement recommendations, manage work streams within a project, and lead analysts on specified work tasks. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and delivery, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Possess strong business analysis skills and excel modeling abilities. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams. Have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems using various research methodologies. Be proficient in MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with advanced application skills. Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Maintain a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach.
