Who are we looking for?

Designation : Consultant ( Blockchain)
Experience Range : 4+ years

What is the work?

• Evaluate projects and recommend suitable public blockchain solutions.
• Advise on smart contract architecture, token design, and ecosystem compatibility.
• Help define the technical roadmap for blockchain implementation.
• Review or write secure and gas-efficient smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
• Provide audit-level recommendations to improve contract reliability.
• Assist in deploying contracts on testnets and mainnets.
• Guide backend/frontend teams on wallet integrations and Web3 connectivity.
• Support testing with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix.
• Prepare easy-to-understand technical notes, whitepapers, or strategy briefs.
• Participate in client discussions as the blockchain expert.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• 4+ years of project-based experience in blockchain consulting or development.
• Proven work with public blockchains and at least one mainnet deployment.
• Solid grasp of smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper, Rust, etc.).
• Understanding of Layer 2 solutions, bridges, and decentralized storage (IPFS, Filecoin).
• Familiarity with tools like ethers.js, web3.js, MetaMask, Infura/Alchemy.
• Tokenomics design experience.
• DAO setup or governance consulting.
• NFT contract development or integration.
