Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant in the Advisors & Consulting Services group specializing in Strategy & Transformation at Mastercard, you will lead clients through impactful decision-making processes to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. Your main objective is to utilize problem-solving techniques to enhance clients" strategy, performance, and operations. You will work on projects across various industries, providing creative insights and contributing to the development of strategies for regional and global clients. Collaborating with the Mastercard team, you will understand clients" needs, agenda, and risks, unlocking significant client value. Key Responsibilities: - Work on projects spanning different industries, providing creative insights and contributing to strategy development for regional and global clients - Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare impactful presentations, and deliver actionable recommendations - Independently identify issues within your defined area of analysis, structure and synthesize analysis to highlight insights - Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management, and develop the firm's intellectual capital - Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management - Logical, structured thinking, affinity for numerical analysis, and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Effective communication skills in English and local office language, eligibility to work in the country of application, and apply for necessary travel visas - Ability to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and implement effective strategies - Experience in managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties and relevant industry expertise (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as they were not present in the provided job description.),
