We Are Hiring: Senior Site Engineer Hotel & Resort Projects (10+ Years Experience)
Project Type: Premium Hotel & Resort Development
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a strong background in hotel & resort construction, and mandatory expertise in interior works (ID finishes). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience delivering luxury hospitality projects with high-quality finishes and coordinated MEP/ID integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site execution for hotel & resort developments.
Manage guestroom mock-ups, villas, suites, public areas, F&B outlets,
spa zones, and lobby finishes.
Ensure quality standards are met as per international hotel brand requirements.
Monitor project schedule, progress, materials, and manpower.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience in building construction
Mandatory experience in Hotel & Resort projects
Mandatory experience in Interior Works / ID Finishes
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination with interiors
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver high-quality finishes under tight timelines
