Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor. The position is located in Serilingampalli. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and managing site supervisors and workers. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Inspection skills and a keen eye for detail in construction projects
• Strong understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
• Relevant experience in the construction industry
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
