Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Indore. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage on-site operations efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, inspecting work to maintain high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. The role also involves effectively communicating with stakeholders and solving on-site challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision to manage and lead construction teams efficiently.
• Strong capabilities in Inspection and Construction Safety, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to dynamic site challenges.
• Previous experience in construction project management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
