We're Hiring: Site Supervisor 📍 Location: South Delhi 🏢 Firm: Urbanmistrii – Architecture & Interior Design Studio 🕒 Experience: 3–5 years preferred Urbanmistrii is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily on-site execution for high-end residential and commercial interior projects. We’re seeking someone who understands the pace and precision required for premium design delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per drawings and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team for smooth execution. Monitor material delivery, stock, and quality of workmanship. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline. Prepare daily progress reports and update the design team. Communicate client-side concerns or updates to the studio. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Interior Execution or related field. 2–7 years of relevant experience in supervising interior or architectural projects. Ability to read technical drawings (architectural, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Bonus if you: Have experience with luxury interiors. Know basic software like AutoCAD, Excel, WhatsApp for reporting.
