Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site for residential floors, villas, and interior projects. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. Execute plans as per drawings, technical specifications, and structural standards. Monitor progress, quality, material usage, and workforce allocation. Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site. Maintain records of site activities, including labor attendance, material delivery, and site reports. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times. Handle client/owner queries and provide technical support whenever needed. Conduct quality checks on concrete, brickwork, plaster, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works. Support project planning and estimation, including BOQs and timelines. Work closely with the project manager and update project status regularly. Requirements: Education: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in residential construction (floors, villas, interiors) Strong knowledge of civil execution from foundation to possession stage Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and tools Proficient in reading architectural, structural & interior drawings Excellent team coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills Good command of project documentation and MS Office tools Preferred: Past experience with high-end residential projects in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR Familiarity with local construction norms, approvals, and vendor networks Salary: Competitive – based on experience Joining: Immediate
