Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Coimbatore. The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project coordination, manage construction schedules, ensure timely delivery, and handle budgeting and cost management. This role also involves liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in construction software and tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in luxury residential projects is a plus

Preferred Background

• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects
• Fluency in English and regional language (if applicable)

Salary Structure:
