Construction Manager - Real Estate

As a Civil Engineer with 10-12 years plus experience, you must have experience working on at least one 40 floors plus residential project. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Pre-planning process including cost estimations, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and tracking of daily activities. - Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule. - Preparing and submitting construction project estimates. - Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules, submitting reports. - Ensuring fulfillment of all quality measures. - Directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. - Managing on-site construction personnel by hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff. - Knowledge and preparation of QC & BOQ.
