Role & responsibilities

• Planning

  : Create a project plan that includes a schedule, budget, and resource allocation

• Procurement

  : Select subcontractors and materials, and ensure they are delivered on time

• Communication

  : Work with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed

• Quality control

  : Inspect work, monitor materials, and ensure quality standards are met

• Safety

  : Ensure that the construction site is safe and that all safety regulations are followed

• Compliance

  : Ensure that the project complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

• Risk management

  : Identify and mitigate potential risks that could delay or jeopardize the project

• Reporting

  : Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the project's status

• Problem resolution

  : Respond to any issues or emergencies that arise during the project
