Roles & responsibilities- Providing services as: 'Managing & monitoring of procurement, design & construction activates as per P&G standards. Planning & tracking of project timelines & prepare & implementing of catch up plan of slipped off activities. Liasoning with Stakeholder, consultant & Supplier to deliver the project as per P&G Standards. Responsible to provide Value added services. Responsible to maintain Constructability tracker. Review of BIM model & Clash detection & share the best possibilities to suit as per site condition Maintain & review CSPA/CCIP documents. Lead CMO Team.
