Must do investigation with project team, vendor team and must complete all action plans. 4. Creates and manages CSPA and other audits. 5. Ensures compliance with and governing bodies Safety Systems 6. Monitors safety performance and improve vendors performance by conducting weekly meetings and trainings. 7. Implements corrective action plans for all Near misses, safety outages and Hazard surveys. 8. Monthly Manage inspection process and record keeping for tools and tackles. 9. Oversees Safety Training for Construction Contractors and staff. 10. Ensures Orientation Video is comprehensive, and all personnel are watching and performing knowledge check. 11. Accountable for all training documentation 12. Ensures and partakes in construction planning safety systems 13. Including but not limited to JSA, STA, PPSA 14. Review and approve other construction safety permits 15. High risk task must review before each project and take Proactive actions. Must guide all construction vendors for safe work practices. 16. Responsible for all aspects of OSHA compliance including management, documentation, training, underwriting, and claims processing, OSHA accident investigations and audits. Assisted clients with development of safety programs; developed on-site training program subsequently. 17. Ensure that (EHS) policies and procedures are followed, Monitored, sand used for the storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials Monitoring. 18. Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventative programs. 19. Develop safety campaigns, safety systems, policies, and procedures, and train management and employees on rules and regulations. 20. Managing safety team workload, schedules and prioritize activities according to risk and importance. 21. Assisting with the development of Health and Safety Management plans. 22. Driving a culture of safety on site to support the delivery of performance metrics. 23. Monitoring and assessing the work of third-party contractors. 24. Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventative programs.
