Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Construction Professional will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, performing regular inspections, and managing construction budgets. Other day-to-day tasks include using Microsoft Office for project documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in budgeting and construction management
• Knowledge and experience in architecture and inspection procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in using structural analysis software is a plus
