Job Description

As sought, please find below the Job Description (JD) for Construction Finance portfolio: a) Drafting, vetting and negotiation of loan documentation including without limitation, facility agreement, escrow agreement, mortgage documents, deed of hypothecation, deed of pledge, security trustee agreement and any other document to be executed on case to case basis; b) Vetting of title due diligence reports and providing an independent opinion on the associated risk and materiality; c) Drafting, vetting and negotiation of documentation pertaining to sale of stressed loan accounts, including without limitation, assignment agreement, trust deed, etc; d) Participating in Committee of Creditors (CoC) under the IBC and evaluation of Resolution Plans in order to examine their feasibility and viability for ensuring maximization of value for PNBHFL; e) Participating in Joint Lenders meeting convened by the consortium lenders; f) Legal Support for rendering cooperation to regulatory authorities in investigations and inquiries [namely EOW, ED, MCA etc.]
