Job Description

Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms. Bulk Hiring, BFSI Hiring. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on relevant platforms. Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups to ensure engagement. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment processes. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a bonus but not required. Should have a prior experience in Talent Acquisition.
