Job Description

You will be a valuable addition to our team as a Construction Equipment Sales, playing a crucial role in supporting our technical sales operations and contributing to our growth. Your combination of engineering knowledge and sales expertise will enable you to offer technical solutions and assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will provide both pre-sale and post-sale support, collaborating closely with the sales and product development teams to guarantee customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by comprehending customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions. You will be responsible for presenting and showcasing products or services to clients, detailing technical specifications and value propositions. Collaboration with internal teams such as R&D, product, and marketing will be essential to customize offerings according to customer needs. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotes, and documentation, conducting site visits, product trials, and customer training sessions. Your role will also involve providing technical support throughout the sales process and post-delivery to ensure successful implementation and customer contentment. It will be crucial to maintain precise records of customer interactions, project details, and sales activities in CRM systems. Participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events will be necessary to promote the company and keep abreast of market trends. Meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs will be a key objective in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) and possess at least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing engineering role. Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex products or systems is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and a willingness to travel as necessary (domestic and/or international) is essential. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at our location.,
