Construction Equipment Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Construction Equipment Sales to join our team and support the growth of our technical sales operations. In this role, you will combine your engineering knowledge with sales skills to provide technical solutions and support to our clients. You will act as a key point of contact, offering both pre-sale and post-sale support, and working closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, including technical specifications and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, marketing) to tailor offerings to customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits, product trials, and customer training sessions.
• Provide technical support during the sales process and after delivery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and stay current with market trends.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex products or systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and/or international).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
