Job Description

As a Construction Equipment Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical sales operations and contributing to our growth. Your combination of engineering knowledge and sales expertise will enable you to offer technical solutions and assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will act as a primary point of contact, providing both pre-sale and post-sale support, collaborating closely with the sales and product development teams to guarantee customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions. - Presenting and showcasing products or services to clients, detailing technical specifications and value propositions. - Collaborating with internal teams such as R&D, product, and marketing to customize offerings according to customer needs. - Preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotes, and documentation. - Conducting site visits, product trials, and customer training sessions. - Providing technical support throughout the sales process and post-delivery to ensure successful implementation and customer contentment. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and sales activities in CRM systems. - Participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and stay informed about market trends. - Meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs will be a key objective in this role. To qualify for this position, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). - Possess at least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing engineering role. - Have strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex products or systems. - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Exhibit self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Be proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Be willing to travel as necessary (domestic and/or international). Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at our location.,
