Your Role
DAM System Management:Manage and optimize theDigital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring efficient and accurate organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets, including images, videos, documents, and other marketing materials.Asset Organization & Metadata Management:Ensure that all assets are accurately categorized, tagged, and indexed according to metadata standards, enabling easy searchability and retrieval across marketing platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, creative, IT, and product teams to ensure that digital assets are accessible, accurate, and optimized for global marketing campaigns.Asset Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of digital assets, from creation and storage to archiving and deprecation, ensuring that assets remain up-to-date and relevant.Workflow Optimization:Identify opportunities to streamline digital asset management workflows, improve system functionality, and enhance user experience across teams.DAM Governance & Compliance:Enforce governance standards and best practices for metadata management, asset storage, and usage across the organization. Ensure that assets meet compliance requirements and align with internal policies.User Support & Training:Provide guidance and training to internal teams on how to effectively use the DAM system, including asset retrieval, upload processes, and metadata tagging best practices.Data Integration & Reporting:Ensure smooth integration of DAM data with other marketing and business systems. Create reports and dashboards to track asset usage, system performance, and data quality metrics.Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset management, accessibility, or metadata.
Your Profile
Experience:2-4 years of experience inDigital Asset Management (DAM), content management, or a related field, with a focus on managing and optimizing digital marketing assets.DAM System Expertise:Strong experience with DAM systems (e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager) and related technologies. Familiarity with metadata standards and asset organization best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, IT, and product teams, to ensure that digital assets meet business needs.Project Management
Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Attention to Detail:Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with regard to metadata tagging, asset categorization, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and basic understanding of SQL or similar query languages for data integration and reporting.Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to digital asset management systems, workflows, and data quality.EducationBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
