Conga CPQ Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure

  Conga CPQ

  to support complex product bundling, pricing structures, discount models, and multi-level approval rules.
• Design and implement

  guided selling

  flows to boost sales efficiency and improve user experience.
• Support quote document generation, template management, and approval workflows.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve Conga CPQ configuration, pricing, and performance issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ configurations.
  
• Assist with integration of Conga CPQ with

  Salesforce, ERP systems, Billing platforms, and third-party solutions

  .
• Conduct

  UAT

  , deliver end-user training, and create documentation to ensure smooth solution adoption

Mandatory Skill Sets

• 5-9 years of Salesforce experience

  , with

  5+ years dedicated to Conga CPQ

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Conga Callbacks

  and

  C# (C-Sharp)

  mandatory.
  
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ configuration, complex pricing models, discounting logic, approval workflows, and guided selling.
  
• Solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
  
• Working knowledge of

  SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Components

  (preferred).
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ with

  ERP, Billing, eSignature (DocuSign/AdobeSign)

  or related systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Conga CPQ certification is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skill Sets

• Exposure to

  Conga Revenue Lifecycle Solutions (RLS)

  such as CLM, Billing, or Revenue Recognition.
• Experience with end-to-end QTC transformations across large enterprise ecosystems.
