Location -Gurgaon, Noida To qualify for the role, you must have Post-graduate degree from a reputed institute Preferably an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management or similar. 3 - 5 years of experience in the same domain or related profile Candidates with exposure to handling international customers/client interaction would be preferred. Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English Proficient in MS Office Client Management Facilitate regular connects with the stakeholders to ensure alignment on the process, address concerns promptly, and foster a collaborative relationship for successful service delivery. Proactively manage client expectations by establishing a strong client management framework. Address and resolve any service delivery issues or escalations. Good awareness of overall business and economic environment. Good interpersonal skills. Good level of written and verbal communication skills
