Conference Event Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Conference Event Coordinator at ITR Group, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and post-event management of academic and professional conferences across various domains. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and conference organizers to ensure seamless, engaging, and well-organized events. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate academic and professional conferences - Execute event logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of events - Manage post-event activities including feedback collection and reporting - Ensure high-quality customer service and communication throughout the event process Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience in event planning, event management, BPO, KPO - Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask - Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Relevant experience in the event industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field - BE/MCA/BCA/BBA (Freshers with excellent communication skills) Additional Details: ITR Group, a unit of Unified Research Library and Publishing, is a global IT and Edutech company dedicated to research development and promotion in various fields.
