Condition Automation Underwriter

As a Condition Automation Underwriter at Quatrro Mortgage Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating automated conditions to ensure they align with underwriting guidelines. Your daily tasks will include analyzing loan files, verifying compliance with lending standards, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout the lending processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate automated conditions to ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines - Analyze loan files and verify compliance with lending standards - Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies - Maintain a high level of accuracy across lending processes Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of loan underwriting, automated decision systems, and lending policies - Proficiency in analyzing financial documents such as income, credit reports, and other loan conditions - Attention to detail, process orientation, and excellent problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team - Familiarity with the mortgage industry and basic regulatory compliance requirements - Relevant work experience in underwriting or financial services is a plus - Proficiency in tools and technologies used for underwriting automation If you are an expert in conventional loans (Advanced), FHA & VA loans (Basic), and NON-QM (added advantage), with the ability to handle entire loan underwriting (not just conditions) and possess strong knowledge of the 4 Cs - Credit, Capacity, Collateral & Capital, along with experience in Wage/Salaried & Self-Employed income, we encourage you to DM your resume to hr@quatrromortgage.com.,
