Concurrent Audit

As a Concurrent Auditor at EHFL, you will play a crucial role in conducting real-time audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting concurrent audits of Home Loan products, loan disbursements, and operational activities to uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. - Identifying and reporting any deviations, irregularities, or non-compliance with established procedures or regulations. - Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and providing recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating risks. - Reviewing loan portfolios to ensure compliance with Legal policies and regulatory guidelines, including loan applications, agreements, collateral valuation, and documentation. - Preparing detailed audit reports containing findings, observations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (LLB/ CA- Inter/MBA preferred). - Proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in the Housing Finance Company, focusing on concurrent auditing. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards. - Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies in India. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to prepare clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders. - Proficiency in using audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits concurrently, and meet strict deadlines. - Demonstrated ethical conduct, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.,
