Concrete Plant Supervisor

Job Description: As a Batching Plant Manager at our concrete plant in Thirusulam, Chennai, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations to ensure smooth functioning and quality output. Your role will involve managing production, maintaining equipment, supervising staff, and meeting project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the batching plant - Plan and control production to meet project requirements - Ensure proper mixing ratios and maintain concrete quality standards - Supervise plant operators, helpers, and drivers - Coordinate material supply (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.) - Conduct routine maintenance and minimize equipment downtime - Maintain daily production records and reports - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in concrete/batching plant operations - Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs and plant machinery - Leadership and team management skills - Basic computer knowledge for reporting Additional Details: You will benefit from accommodation & food provided, and this role offers long-term stability with growth opportunities.
