Concierge Sales Executive (On-Site | Goa)

As a Concierge Sales Executive, you will be the face of Make It Happen within the hotel premises. Your role is to engage with guests, understand their interests, and recommend curated local experiences that enrich their stay. You will also build strong relationships with the hotel’s concierge and front office teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with hotel guests in a warm, approachable, and informative manner to promote Make It Happen’s experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all available tours and experiences (heritage walks, village trails, food tours, etc.) to provide accurate and personalized recommendations.
• Generate sales through direct guest interactions, upselling, and building lasting relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with the hotel’s front office and concierge teams to drive collaboration and referral opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Make It Happen operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and flawless execution of booked experiences.
• Maintain daily sales reports and provide timely updates to the company’s sales and operations departments.
• Ensure all marketing collaterals and displays at the hotel are well-presented, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude and a flair for sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or sales (experience in hotels or travel experiences is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging guests.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for Goan culture, travel, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (Konkani, Hindi, or foreign languages) is a plus.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
