Concept Designer

We are currently seeking talented Designers and Visualisers to join our team at Urja Communications, a Digital Advertising and Communications agency based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Visualiser or Designer with us, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of self-driven individuals who are passionate about communications. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative solutions for brands across various digital and offline media platforms. Successful candidates will need to be self-starters, capable of delivering innovative ideas with exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and interpreting briefs creatively to conceptualize distinctive solutions for brands. - Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. - Illustrating concepts through the design of art arrangements, size, type size, and style for approval. - Utilizing necessary equipment and software to prepare finished art. - Collaborating with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketers, printers, and colleagues as required. - Contributing to team efforts by completing tasks as needed. - Communicating with clients regarding layout and design. - Creating a variety of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using tools like Photoshop. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator. - A keen eye for visual composition. Desired Qualities: - Open-mindedness and the ability to approach briefs from multiple perspectives. - Willingness to give and receive constructive criticism. - Passion for and commitment to understanding the art of communications. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Strong teamwork skills. - Eagerness for personal and professional growth. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Experience with BFSI brands is a plus.
