Career in Digital Marketing Agency | Creative Agency in Mumbai | Urja Communications Senior Front-End Developer Tech Development, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap who can take full ownership of front-end projects from planning and development to optimization and delivery. The ideal candidate should be confident in building responsive landing pages from scratch, optimizing page speed, managing redirects, and interacting directly with clients to gather requirements or resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), and JavaScript . Ensure fast load times and performance through effective page speed optimization techniques. Implement and manage redirects, tracking codes, and SEO-friendly front-end practices. Own the delivery of projects end-to-end and confidently interact with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, or explain technical solutions. Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. Version control using Git or GitLab for all code changes. Maintain high standards for code quality, reusability, and performance. Debug issues across different browsers and devices. Required Skills Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap Experience in creating responsive landing pages from scratch. Solid understanding of web performance optimization , Core Web Vitals, and best practices for speed. Experience with redirection rules (301/302), and basic SEO tags implementation. Comfortable using Git/GitLab for version control and deployment tracking. Client-facing communication skills confident in explaining issues, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions. Basic working knowledge of: Linux (CLI for basic file/navigation/permissions) SQL (read/write simple queries) Add-On Skills Familiarity with React.js Experience with WordPress (theme/template customization) Exposure to MarTech tools (like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or other campaign platforms) Understanding of PHP or Java for basic integration/debugging Soft Skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and guide junior team members Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
