Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing engaging computer-based lessons for primary school students.
  • Incorporating educational software and computer technology into the curriculum.
  • Creating lesson plans that support the instructional goals aligned with school standards.
  • Facilitating an encouraging environment to support students in developing their computer skills.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress by developing assessments and providing feedback.
  • Organizing and conducting workshops and competitions to stimulate students interest in computer technology.
  • Coordinating with other teachers to integrate technology into other subjects.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Valid teaching credentials as required by the state of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Proven experience in teaching computer science or related subjects at the primary school level.
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, programming basics, and internet navigation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance student learning.
  • Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans tailored to meet student needs and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and updating curriculum relevant to primary computer education.
  • Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to cater to different learning styles.
  • Preparing classrooms and utilizing technology to establish a conducive learning environment.
  • Providing individual support and attention to student needs while fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participating in school meetings, events, and professional development activities to promote educational advancement.
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students and managing the classroom effectively.
