Role Overview

The Computer Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining IT hardware and systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and printers, and should have knowledge about basic computer networking
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support clients with system upgrades, replacements, and configurations.
• Maintain service records and report on repair activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in computer hardware servicing and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Four-wheeler driver’s license is an added advantage
• Having a Two wheeler is a must for this role
• Languages: Must know English and Malayalam.
