Job Summary:

Computer Science Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach core and elective courses in Computer Science (e.g., Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.).
  
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  
• Ensure student-centric teaching using innovative pedagogical approaches.
  

2. Student Mentorship & Support

• Guide students in academic projects, research, and internships.
  
• Provide career counseling and skill development guidance.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  

3. Research & Development

• Engage in research, publications, and academic collaborations.
  
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
  
• Contribute to curriculum updates in line with industry trends.
  

4. Administrative & Institutional Support

• Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and committees.
  
• Assist in organizing seminars, guest lectures, and technical events.
  
• Support institutions accreditation, quality assurance, and academic growth initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred for senior roles).
  
• Strong academic background with specialization in one or more domains (AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, etc.).
  
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level preferred.
  
• Research publications and industry exposure will be an added advantage.
