Computer Science Faculty

Teaching & Instruction

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials on subjects
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, lab manuals, and presentations aligned with the curriculum.
• Use modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and interactive techniques to enhance learning.
• Conduct practical lab sessions and guide students in hands-on learning and coding exercises.
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, internal examinations, and lab evaluations.
• Provide additional support to students who need academic assistance or clarification.

Curriculum Development

• Contribute to the design, review, and updating of the curriculum to match industry trends.
• Develop new course modules, electives, and lab activities.
• Ensure that course content remains current with emerging technologies and industry standards.

Research & Professional Development

• Guide students in research projects, mini-projects, and final-year capstone projects.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs to stay updated with technological advancements.

Student Mentorship & Support

• Serve as a mentor or advisor for students on academic and career-related matters.
• Encourage students to participate in coding contests, hackathons, technical clubs, and seminars.
• Provide guidance for internships, certifications, and advanced studies.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
• Participate in departmental committees, meetings, and institutional activities.
• Assist in organizing technical events, conferences, seminars, and guest lectures.

Laboratory & Infrastructure Management

• Coordinate with lab assistants to ensure proper functioning of computer labs and software installations.
• Recommend hardware/software upgrades and improvements in lab infrastructure.
• Ensure safety and discipline in labs.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adhere to institutional policies, regulations, and academic quality standards.
• Be punctual, professional, and committed to academic excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,100.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
