Desired Skills:

• Email Writing & Follow Up
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Customer Interaction
• Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Should be fluent in English & Hindi
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Typing Speed should be 30 Words Per Minute or more

Key Responsibilities:

• Sending Quotation / Product Offers to Customers
• Promotional Bulk Email
• Work closely with Entire Team within the organization
• Develop an understanding of each client to enable efficient and client specific support
• Proactively provide clients with quick, knowledgeable, and personal replies over e-mail and phone
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams
• Evaluate the criticality of a given problem; isolate and escalate any deemed problem within the company
• Knowledge of Tender Process, Gem Portal will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
