Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Computer Operator / CSC Assistant who possesses comprehensive knowledge of digital services, documentation work, and online applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling all computer-related tasks efficiently with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Application & Form Filling:
  • Filling out various government and private job application forms accurately.
  • Uploading required documents, photographs, and signatures as per guidelines.
  • Typing & Data Entry:
  • Fast and error-free Hindi and English typing.
  • Preparing legal, land-related, and general documents in prescribed formats.
  • Documentation Work (Land & Property):
  • Preparing documents related to mutation, land records, registry copies, affidavits, etc.
  • Managing document scanning, PDF editing, and online submission on government portals.
  • Photo & Document Editing:
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools for photo editing, resizing, and formatting.
  • Designing simple certificates, ID cards, and document templates.
  • Internet & Technical Operations:
  • Managing CSC-like operations such as PAN, Aadhaar, voter, and other online government services.
  • Efficient handling of email, Google Drive, online payment gateways, and digital uploads.
  • Additional Computer Skills:
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in data backup, printing, and system maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor computer and printer issues independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
  • Computer Diploma or CSC Certification (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in computer and documentation work.
  • Excellent command of Hindi & English typing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.

  • Smart, disciplined, and punctual individual with a professional attitude.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling documents.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
