Job Description

Operate and maintain various computer systems and software applications related to procurement and work order tracking.
Process
purchase orders (POs)
, including data entry, approvals, tracking deliveries, and vendor communication.
Generate and manage
work orders (WOs)
for maintenance, service, or project-based tasks.
Assist with
contractual billing
, ensuring alignment with service agreements and project milestones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of orders and invoices.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues related to order processing or billing platforms.
Prepare regular reports related to purchase and billing activities for management review.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, contract terms, and company policies.
Provide administrative support including documentation, file management, and data verification.
