Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator (preferably female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, client coordination, and office operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry, updating and maintaining company records
• Preparing reports in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Managing emails, calls, and maintaining office files
• Assisting in client communication and follow-ups
• Supporting administrative and project documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (or 12th pass with relevant skills)
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may also apply)

Salary:

Negotiable as per skills and experience
