Door to Door Surveyor

Job Description:

Business Innovation is hiring Door-to-Door Surveyors for property tax data collection under the supervision of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). The role aims to assist municipal governance by conducting accurate field surveys and updating the property tax database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door property surveys within assigned areas or wards.
• Collect and verify data including property type, usage (residential/commercial), area, ownership, construction type, etc.
• Capture geo-tagged photographs and upload data through the official mobile app or ULB system.
• Educate property owners about property tax norms and obligations.
• Coordinate with ULB officials and report daily survey status.
• Submit all completed forms, reports, or digital records as scheduled.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) or Graduate
• Must Have: Own smartphone with internet access
• Preferred: Prior experience in field survey or similar work

Skills Required:

• Basic smartphone operations
• Use of GPS, mobile camera, and mobile survey applications
• Good communication skills in local language
• Physically fit for fieldwork

Remuneration:

Pay will be provided either:

• On per property surveyed basis, or
• As a fixed monthly honorarium, depending on project and location.
