Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant cum Computer Operator to handle day-to-day office work and computer-based tasks. The candidate should be comfortable with basic office operations and data handling.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and record maintenance
Preparing documents, letters, and reports (Word / Excel)
Handling emails and basic online work
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
Assisting with general office administration
Coordinating with staff and visitors
Maintaining office records and registers
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer operations and office equipment handling
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Organized, punctual, and responsible attitude
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience as office assistant or computer operator
Knowledge of billing software / ERP (if applicable)
