Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD) on PCBs according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Repair or rework defective soldered joints and assemblies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work station
• Follow safety regulations and production guidelines
• Collaborate with the quality control and production teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of different soldering techniques and tools (through-hole, SMD hand soldering)
• Ability to read assembly instructions, technical drawings, and component layouts
• Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; ITI/Diploma in Electronics or a related field preferred
