Computer Instructor

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, updating, and implementing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with educational standards and objectives.
• Teaching computer skills and concepts to students through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and other appropriate instructional methods.
• Assisting students with technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on effective computer use.
• Providing personalized support and guidance to students who need extra help or have specific learning needs, ensuring that all students can effectively engage with the material.
• Developing and administering quizzes, tests, projects, and other assessments to measure student learning outcomes and progress, providing feedback to students and adjusting instruction as needed.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
• Staying current with developments in the field of computer science and technology, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and preparing reports for administrators, parents, or other relevant parties as required.
• Advocating for the importance of digital literacy and computing skills, raising awareness of opportunities in the field, and encouraging students to pursue further study or careers in technology.

Requirements and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred.
• Expert knowledge in software, hardware, and common computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as public speaking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and implement effective training plans.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners and solve their issues.
• Proficiency in the use of office suite software, such as Microsoft Office.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
