Job Description

Job Summary:

Computer Instructor / Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct computer training sessions for new hires and existing team members (MS Office, Internet tools, data management, etc.)
Train staff on data entry procedures, accuracy standards, and database maintenance.
Support the recruitment team by performing candidate searches on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Maintain and update records in Excel or CRM systems with high accuracy.
Create and manage training materials, assessments, and progress reports.
Provide one-on-one or group sessions on digital literacy, email handling, and job search tools.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks related to training and HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Computer Trainer, Data Entry Operator, or Recruitment Assistant.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet research.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes preferred.
